    Wike Reduces Cost Of C of O To N3.5Million

    After the stakeholders’ interactive meeting with the FCT Minister yesterday and the fallout, Redan fct Exco has been able to reach new conclusions with the committee, and the following was achieved.

    1. That the minister has accepted that the CofO price will now be N3.5m as against the earlier N5m. Further discussions are still ongoing.
    2. Developers should organise the process of processing the CofO for their residents in order to eliminate crowding and ease of accessing the title documents, if possible appoint a professional like Estate Surveyor or their like to Coordinate the process for a fee.
    3. The developers should represent her subscribers to the committee for efficient service delivery.
    4. The committee will work with Redan fct as major stakeholders to ensure the success of the assignment.

    As a result, we are hereby calling a town hall meeting for Friday, 24th November, 10 am prompt, and the venue will be announced tomorrow.
