Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, the Federation’s head of civil service, has underlined Nigeria’s steadfast dedication to providing exceptional public service worldwide.

She said this when the Nigerian team recently visited Singapore’s UNDP Global Centre for Technology, Innovation, and Sustainable Development.

According to her, the Nigerian delegation had a great chance to learn about best practices and insights for promoting civil service change during the visit.

Walson-Jack emphasized how crucial cooperation is to furthering the development of public services in Nigeria.

She emphasized the desire to gain knowledge from Singapore’s excellent civil service, which is well-known throughout the world for its effectiveness, openness, and creativity.

The Public Service Institute of Nigeria and the Global Centre for Technology, Innovation, and Sustainable Development are hoping to form a cooperation between Nigeria and Singapore.

Joint training initiatives, cooperative research, and the exchange of creative ideas will be the main focuses of this partnership.

“We anticipate working together on training initiatives, doing cooperative research, and exchanging creative solutions that will provide our civil servants with the skills and resources they require to succeed.

Together, we can create a public service that is accountable, responsive, and committed to the well-being of our citizens, setting an example for the continent, she said.
