Dr. Gideon Jock Mai Solar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flag bearer for the House of Representatives seat for Zangon Kataf/Jaba Federal Constituency, has extended warm felicitations to Muslims in his constituency and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.

In his goodwill message, Dr. Mai Solar described the Eid celebration as a meaningful period that reflects sacrifice, faith, and obedience to God, drawing lessons from the devotion of Prophet Ibrahim, whose willingness to submit to divine instruction remains central to the significance of the festival.

He called on citizens to take advantage of the season to promote unity, compassion, and mutual support, emphasizing the importance of peaceful coexistence among people of different religious and ethnic backgrounds. He noted that national development can only be achieved when communities work together in understanding and harmony.

Dr. Mai Solar also prayed for the acceptance of the prayers and sacrifices offered during the Eid celebrations. He further sought divine blessings for families, as well as peace, stability, and sustained progress for Nigeria.
