According to reports, Phyna accused Chichi of abandoning her husband and children in Benin City, which allegedly led to the death of one of her children. Phyna also claimed that Chichi manipulated her deceased parents’ story as a strategy to win the competition. Furthermore, Phyna insulted Chichi by calling her a stripper, making derogatory comments about her age, and even accused her of poisoning a friend in Cyprus out of jealousy. These allegations were reportedly made by Phyna in a series of Snapchat posts.

Chichi has responded to these accusations by filing charges against Phyna through her legal representatives. Her attorneys argue that the claims of poisoning and other defamatory statements made by Phyna are false, malicious, and intended to harm Chichi’s reputation. The lawsuit highlights the impact of Phyna’s comments, stating that they have resulted in the loss of several endorsement deals for Chichi.

Through this legal action, Chichi aims to defend her reputation and seek compensation for the damages caused by the defamatory statements made by Phyna.
