‎The Al-Hakeem Islamic Foundation of Nigeria (AIFN) has launched a fundraising drive to raise N500,000 for its Orphanage Visit Initiative, OVI, scheduled for October 1, 2026

    ‎

‎In a statement to stakeholders and the Muslim Ummah, the Foundation said the outreach is designed to bring joy, care and direct support to orphaned children across the country.

    ‎

‎With about one month to go, AIFN is appealing for early donations to ensure proper planning and timely delivery of relief materials to orphanages.

    ‎

‎To meet the target, the Foundation set a daily mobilisation goal of approximately N16,700, urging members, partners and well-wishers to contribute according to their means.

    ‎

‎”Every contribution matters. Whether N1,000, N5,000, N10,000, N20,000 or more, your donation can help us move closer to our goal,” the statement said.

    ‎

‎AIFN stressed that the initiative goes beyond financial aid. It described it as an act of compassion, sadaqah and service to vulnerable children.

    ‎

‎Quoting a prophetic tradition, the Foundation said “The best of people are those who are most beneficial to people,” and urged donors to see the outreach as a way to earn Allah’s reward.

    ‎

‎The group called on supporters to renew their commitment now instead of waiting until the final days before the event.

    ‎

‎It prayed that Allah accepts every sincere contribution, blesses donors abundantly, and replaces whatever they spend with something better.

    ‎

‎Donations are to be made to FCMB, Account Name: Al-Hakeem Islamic Foundation & Da’wah, Account Number: 2003083777.

    ‎

‎AIFN reaffirmed its mission as “Serving humanity. Supporting orphans. Seeking the pleasure of Allah.”

    ‎

‎The October 1 outreach is part of the Foundation’s ongoing humanitarian work to support orphans and other vulnerable groups in Nigeria.
