Hon. Yakubu Dogara, former Speaker of the House of Representatives and Chairman of the Board of the Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC), has paid glowing tribute to Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, on the occasion of his 69th birthday.
