    Uyo catholic bishop rejects Governor’s N25m gift

    Cross River state governor Prof Ben Ayade received the shock after the sum of N25m he donated to a catholic church in the state was rejected by the bishop
    The bishop declined the donation and asked him to use it and pay salaries of workers.

    Workers um the state are been owed over 12 months salary arrears in the state with no tangible efforts made to settle the issue despite the state being an oil producing state.
