    Published on

The House of Representatives has entered a closed-door meeting in anticipation of President Bola Tinubu’s arrival.

The joint session of the National Assembly is to hear President Tinubu’s presentation of the 2025 budget.

Recall that the president is scheduled to ceremoniously present the N47.9 trillion budget to the lawmakers after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved it on Monday.

The National Assembly is surrounded by strict security measures, with DSS officials stationed in key locations.

The Presidential Guards Brigade has also sent personnel to the National Assembly.
