He also disclosed plans by the All Progressives Congress to scuttle the electoral process by destroying the INEC BVAS and removing INEC Chairman from office for refusing to do their bidding

Reacting to the development, a member of the Peter Obi/Datti support group Dr Great Oracle advised the Labour Party and support groups of Peter Obi to do the following, in light of the allegations made by Ugochinyere of CUPP

‪”Request that INEC presents to it:‬
‪a. The electronic format of voters’ register held in its central database;‬
‪b. Manual/Printed copy of voters’ register‬ for all 36 states plus FCT and 774 LGAs of Nigeria; ‬
“Request that it inspects all electronic devices and data bases created for the purpose of the 2023 elections. ‬

“‪The combined reading of Ss 9(2) and 15 EA 2022 allows LP or support groups to make such requests‬”

According to him it was high time labour party switched on real campaigns for the integrity of the ballot, warning that “‪2023, will be rigged by INEC – one of the forces that make up the axis of evil”.
