    ‎2027 Poll: Owerri zone coordinators strategies for APP’s senatorial candidate

    ‎The leadership of the Owerri Zone Youth Movement for the Action Peoples Party (APP) senatorial candidate for Imo East, Mazi Chima Matthew Amadi, has strengthened it workforce in the nine local government areas ahead of the 2027 general elections.

    ‎The meeting of the coordinators aimed at providing opportunity for the review and progress made so far, strengthen internal unity, and develop practical strategies at expanding the movement across the nine local government areas of (Imo East), Owerri Zone.

    ‎Discussions centered on effective grassroots mobilization, youth engagement, community participation, membership expansion, and the promotion of responsible leadership.

    ‎The coordinators unanimously reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to the ideals and vision of Chima Amadi, emphasizing that the movement will continue to champion peace, unity, inclusiveness, justice, equity, and sustainable development throughout Owerri Zone.

    ‎They stressed that the movement remains committed to lawful, issue-based civic engagement and will continue to encourage constructive participation by young people.

    ‎This was contained in a communique issued on Sunday, by the Convener/ Chairman, Comrade Achor Samuel Obinna, and made available to newsmen in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

    ‎”As part of the resolutions reached during the meeting, all local government coordinators were directed to intensify grassroots consultations, strengthen ward and community structures, recruit committed members, and promote peaceful engagement with stakeholders across the zone.

    ‎The coordinators also pledged to maintain regular consultations and strategic meetings to ensure effective coordination and sustained progress.

    ‎The meeting further emphasized the importance of discipline, integrity, teamwork, and mutual respect among members, saying the every coordinator was encouraged to remain dedicated to the movement’s objectives while upholding the highest standards of leadership, accountability, and service.

    ‎The leadership expressed appreciation to all the coordinators for their commitment, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to the movement.

    “Their passion, resilience, and determination continue to inspire confidence in the future of the organisation and reinforce the shared vision of building a stronger and more united Owerri Zone.

    ‎”As preparations toward 2027 continue, the Owerri Zone Youth Movement for Mazi Gburugburu calls on all supporters, youths, women, community leaders, professionals, students, and well-meaning citizens to remain united, focused, peaceful, and committed to the collective aspirations of the movement. “

    ‎”Together, through unity of purpose, strategic planning, and responsible engagement, the movement believes that greater opportunities can be created for the advancement and development of Owerri Zone,” it read.
