    Delta Gov. Sheriff, Okowa, Delta PDP Agree to Join APC

    In a major political shift, Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and the entire Peoples Democratic Party structure in Delta State have resolved to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).

    This resolution was reached at a meeting of leaders hosted by the state governor inside Government House Asaba on Wednesday.

    Media reports say that their formal defection has been scheduled for Monday in Asaba where the National Chairman of the APC, Abdullahi Ganduje will receive them into the party.
