    Charles Dokubo former Amnesty boss is dead

    Prof Charles Dokubo former coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme is dead.

    An online tv on Thursday stated that a stakeholder in the Niger Delta region, Mr. Alabo Tammy said his corpse has been deposited at the mortuary.

    According to the report, Dokubo reportedly died early Thursday morning.
    “I just got a confirmation now from his cousin.

    “It’s true. His corpse was just deposited at the mortuary.

    “May his departed soul Rest in the bossom of the Lord. There is nothing in this life we dey kill ourselves. All the wealth and professorship gone.

    “All the petitions and charges against him gone. We are all from dust and will go back to dust. As we live…we should

    “Note that what will carry us and our names on is the good legacy and kindness to humanity we leave behind.”, he said

    It will be recalled that following numerous allegations and petitions surrounding the Presidential Amnesty Programme, President Buhari Sacked Dokubo and ordered the National Security Adviser (NSA) to set up a Caretaker Committee to look into the activities of the programme.
