Kizz Daniel,  the reigning Nigerian musical sensation  and award winning entertainer was on Monday arrested by the Tanzanian Police for alleged breach of contract.

Popularly known as Buga Boy because of the wide acceptability of the song, he was reportedly arrested by  the Police on the orders of  SR8UPVibes, organisers of Summer Amplified Concert in Tanzania for refusing to perform  during the show
    .
Billed to perform at the Summer Amplified Concert, the Buga singer was said to have refused do so because he forgot his cloth in Uganda.
However, media reports have it that he was released Monday night
In a statement, STR8UPVibes apologized to the public for the sad development.
“We are very sorry for what happened at the Summer Amplified concert on August 7, where Kizz Daniel did not perform as anticipated.  We acknowledged that this has resulted in  disappointment for our loyal customers and long time valuable stakeholders involved”, the organisers said.
The organisers said they are taking appropriate action in handling this matter with rigour and assured the public and the fans that paid and attended that they are doing everything  they can to make sure that  they are taken care of.
“We request your patience as we deal with this. STR8UPvibes is a well respected event management  company that has built a solid reputation  for delivering the best musical talent to Tanzania”, the statement read
