Olu Samuel No fewer than 5000 Members of The Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter, have thrown its weight behind President Ahmed Bola and Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo for a second term in office. The endorsement was made at a unified press conference held in Kogi State, where the youth leaders, expressed their support for the incumbent president and governor, citing their commitment to the development of the state and the country at large. Addressing the Press, at a unified Press Conference, the Speaker of YAN, Rt. Hon. Bologi Muhammed Yaba, said the Youth Assembly also endorsed Former Governor Yahaya Bello for Kogi Central Senate and Engr. Mustapha Hassan Obaje for House of Representative, representing Idah, Ofu, Igalamela, and Ibaji Federal Constituency. The endorsement he said was based on consultations with traditional leaders, community influencers, women groups, and grassroots mobilizers across the constituency. The leadership of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter, stated that their decision was driven by the need for continuity and progress in the state and the country. They expressed confidence in the leadership of President Bola and Governor Ododo, saying their re-election would ensure the continued development of Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole. Also Speaking, Dr. Bawa Dangana, Hajia Fatima Allahdey, Amb. Maimunat Hassan, National Coordinator Progressive Group and Hon. Sebastian, separately described a no vacancy in Aso Rock and Lugard House. The various speakers described President Tinubu and Gov Ododo as leaders who are desirious of improving the welfare for citizens, maintained that they deserve a second term to enable them consolidate. They lauded former Gov Yahaya Bello as builder of modern Kogi State, said he will do well if he represents the people of Kogi Central, concluded by saying that Engr. Mustapha Hassan Obaje has all it takes to reposition Idah Federal Constituency, adding that his impact is seriously needed in the House of Representative to serve the people of Idah Federal Constituency.
