Speaker Miranda was being played with by certain people, according to Obasa’s assistant.

In an interview with News Central, Adegoke claimed that some members of Lagos House planned to utilize and plunder the state’s wealth through Mrs. Meranda.

However, he emphasized that a comprehensive inquiry of the weeks she oversaw the House will be carried out once she resigned as Speaker.

She no longer even wants to sit on that seat, Meranda. However, there are some individuals who believe that this is a mind-game. Meranda allowed herself to be manipulated by such individuals. Additionally, they observe her readiness to act as a conduit so they might imitate or steal the assembly’s labor status.

“I’m telling you that a full inquiry will be conducted within the few weeks that this woman spent in that office after she left. You’ll see how much havoc they have done to the State of Lagos,” he warned.

Adegoke responded that his principal had already urged critics to look into him when asked if a probe into the House’s financial dealings would not result in Obasa being indicted.

He went on to say that Meranda’s followers had received a command from President Bola Tinubu, but they were unwilling to tell the truth. Additionally, he stated that Obasa has the support of the majority of the state’s governance advisory committee.
