    West Africa Youth Council Appoints Emmanuel Úfuoma Role Model

    The founder and Managing Director of Kikinuels Travel and Tours, Mr Emmanuel Okpako Ufuoma has been honoured with the appointment of West Africa Youth Role Model by the West Africa Youth Council, WAYC.

    The Chairman of WAYC, Amb. Emmanuel S. William, who presented the plaque on behalf of the organisation, said Ufuoma’s recognition and appointment came on the heels of his numerous laudable antecedents of dedication, hard work, and diligence in the area of service to humanity and commendable works as an advocate and crusader of promoting development for African youths.

    Ufuoma was recently presented with the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity at the Oriental Hotel Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria on October 6, 2024.

    William said the recipient is a young nation-builder and peace promoter, whose positive contributions to the lives of youths attracted recognition from the regional youth body.

    He urged him to continue the good works so that other youths would emulate him in the long run.

    Ufuoma was warmly received at the ceremony by young African leaders who placed enormous value on his significant efforts and contributions to the advancement of the course of Nigerian youths, as well as his inspiring journey of becoming a successful entrepreneur at a young age.

    Speaking to newsmen on the appointment, Ufuoma described the recognition as a morale booster for him and promised the ECOWAS Youth Council to remain steadfast with the attributes and works that got him the recognition in the first place.

    “I have been doing my bit to ensure youths in Nigeria and Africa develop at their full potential. Support to youths has been my lifestyle over the years and with this recognition certainly, I am fired up and motivated to do more.

    “I love giving back to society, it is a massive inspiration for me and I don’t intend to stop helping young people, “Ufuoma assured.
