    Powa distributes 25 million relief materials to Kogi flood victims

    The police officers wives Association, POWA has distributed N25 million worth of relief materials to flood victims in Kogi state.

    The relief materials were handed over the the victims on Thursday by the President of the association,Hajia Hajara Alkali Baba the wife of the Inspector General of Police, Alkali Baba.

    The items were handed over to them through their group leaders they themselves have chosen as their representaves.

    In a brief remark, Hajia Alkali Baba urged the leaders who received the materials on behalf of fellow displaced person to share the items with fair of God and be just without denying any member.

    Items donated by POWA include food items, mattresses, clothing among others.
