The Comptroller of Kogi State Command for the Nigeria Immigration Service, Anthony Anene, has issued a stern warning to the recently appointed officers and personnel of the service, urging them to carry out their duties with integrity and without succumbing to corrupt practices.

The admonition came during the passing-out parade of the Nigeria Immigration Recruit 2023 held in Lokoja. Comptroller Anene congratulated the newly recruited officers while emphasizing the service’s expectation of their unwavering loyalty.

In his address, Anene highlighted the Nigeria Immigration Service’s commitment to maintaining a robust system for addressing disciplinary issues and recognizing outstanding performance through a reward system. He underscored the importance of discipline and obedience to hierarchy within the organization, urging the new officers to align themselves with these core values.

The Comptroller emphasized that the foundation of the Nigeria Immigration Service is built on principles of discipline, and he encouraged the recruits to uphold these principles at all times. The passing-out parade marked the official induction of 197 personnel into the service in Kogi State.
