The Supreme Court of Nigeria has deferred its ruling on the case involving Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), until December 15. Kanu, represented by his lead counsel Kanu Godwin Agabi SAN, pleaded for his acquittal, citing innocence in the terror-related charges. The prosecuting counsel, on the other hand, pressed for a trial based on previous charges from the Federal High Court. The court will announce its decision on December 15.
