    Suspense As Tinubu Departs Nigeria For France On A Private Visit

    Suspense was growing in Nigeria on Wednesday after the news broke that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had departed the country for Paris, France, for a private visit.

    The visit was made known in a short statement on Wednesday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.

    President Tinubu will return to the country in the first week of February, 2024.

    The statement simply said the trip was a private visit.

    Recall that Tinubu hosted the United States Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, on Tuesday.
