Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, on Wednesday led another round of endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and himself for second-term bid.

The endorsement ceremony, organised by the Tinubu Support Organisation (TSO), was held at the Presidential Lodge in Birnin Kebbi.

According to his chief press secretary, Ahmed Idris Governor Idris described President Tinubu’s achievements in Kebbi State and across the country as significant, impactful, and deserving of widespread commendation.

He also commended the National Leader of the TSO, Alhaji Aminu Suleiman, a son of Kebbi State, for his vision and commitment in mobilising support for the President and the administration.

“We in Kebbi State have benefited immensely from the Federal Government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Several federal projects have been sited in our state, including major infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives.

“These achievements clearly demonstrate the President’s commitment to national development and justify his re-election for a second term. We are proud to be the first state to endorse Mr President for another term in office,” Governor Idris said.

Speaking earlier, the National President of the Tinubu Support Organisation, Alhaji Aminu Suleiman, expressed appreciation to Governor Idris for supporting the group and facilitating the successful launch of the endorsement campaign.

He said the initiative was aimed at mobilising broad-based support for the second-term bids of President Tinubu and Governor Idris across Kebbi State and the country.

“We have formally launched this endorsement campaign in Kebbi State and will subsequently take it to other states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

“Our members nationwide will actively mobilise support for President Tinubu and Governor Idris to ensure the continuation of their developmental programmes,” Suleiman said.
