    PSC Permanent Secretary Mourns the Loss of Her Husband

    In a heartbreaking turn of events, Dr. Ifeoma Adaora Anyanwutaku, the Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Police Service Commission, is grieving the loss of her beloved husband, Chief Kingsley Chukwuneta Anyanwutaku, Chinyelugo Ogidi. The late Chief Anyanwutaku’s burial has been scheduled for January 19th, 2024, at his ancestral home in Uru Umuanugwo village, Ogidi, Anambra State.

    The Chairman and Staff of the Police Service Commission deeply empathize with Dr. Anyanwutaku and her children during this difficult time. Dr. Solomon Arase, the Commission Chairman and retired Inspector General of Police, expressed heartfelt condolences, affirming that the Commission stands united with them in their grief.

    The Permanent Secretary has also received an outpouring of condolences from fellow Nigerians, who have offered prayers for the eternal rest of Chief Anyanwutaku’s soul. They have also prayed for strength and fortitude for Dr. Anyanwutaku and her family as they come to terms with this irreplaceable loss.

    The Police Service Commission, in recognition of the immense contribution and dedication of Dr. Anyanwutaku, asks for understanding and support from the public during this period of mourning. Dr. Anyanwutaku’s commitment to the Commission and her unwavering professionalism will undoubtedly guide her through this difficult chapter in her life.
