Following a series of online disputes among Nigerian artists, including Wizkid and Davido, tensions have flared anew as Adekunle Gold and Samklef engage in a heated exchange. The controversy ignited when Samklef made inflammatory remarks about Simi, Adekunle Gold’s wife, suggesting she orchestrated a backlash against him.

In a swift response, Adekunle Gold rebuked Samklef, urging him to refrain from mentioning his wife and asserting that she owed him no explanation. He also challenged Samklef’s claims of influence over Simi’s career, urging him to focus on his own achievements.

Amid the exchange, Adekunle Gold recalled an incident where he allegedly paid Samklef for a song that was never produced, recounting feeling mistreated during a visit to the producer’s home.

While Adekunle Gold attempted to move past the altercation, Samklef continued to criticize him and his wife, even revealing details of his contributions to Simi’s debut album.”
