    Ohinoyi: Labour party’s Gov’ship candidate, Okeme mourns

    Labour Party Governorship candidate in the November 11 Governoship election in Kogi State, Barrister Adejoh Okeme has commiserated with the people of Ebiraland and the entire Kogi State over the passing of Dr. Ado Ibrahim, the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland.

    In a condolence message by his spokesman / Kogi State Labour Party Publicity Secretary Idakwo Emmanuel,Okeme described the traditional ruler as a peace-loving leader who had worked tirelessly in ensuring a United Kogi.

    “The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland who was highly respected and admired as a father figure will forever be remembered as a man of wisdom, and his blueprint will be followed by the future generations of leaders.
    May Almighty Allah grant His Majesty Dr. Ado Ibrahim Aljannah Firdaus.” He said.

    Punch reports The the Royal father joined his ancestors in the early hours of Sunday, October 29 due to age related ailment.

    His remains were laid to rest late in the evening of Sunday in accordance with Islamic rites after a prayer led by the Chief Iman of Okene, Sheikh Salihu Ebere
