The Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC), Engr. Jennifer Adighije, on Tuesday, officially declared open the 2025 Customer Service Week at the company’s headquarters, Abuja, with the global theme: “Mission: Possible.”
The annual event celebrates the vital role of customer service in sustaining organizational growth and success.In her opening remarks, Engr. Adighije emphasized that excellent customer service is not merely an act but a culture that drives performance, builds trust, and strengthens NDPHC’s bond with its stakeholders.

According to her, initiatives such as the Eligible Customer Program have significantly improved commercial off-take across NDPHC’s power plants nationwide, demonstrating the effectiveness of this renewed focus.
Joining the Managing Director at the opening ceremony were: Mr. Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, Executive Director, Corporate Services; Dr. Steven Andzenge, Ph.D, Executive Director, Legal Services; Mr. Omololu Agoro, Executive Director, Finance & Accounts and Engr. Bello Babayo Bello, Executive Director.
Also in attendance were top management staff and employees from various departments, who turned out enthusiastically to celebrate service excellence and reaffirm the company’s shared commitment to its customers.
The week-long celebration will feature a series of activities focused on promoting teamwork, innovation, staff appreciation, and service excellence across all departments.
