    NDPHC Leadership Embarks on Nationwide Tour of Power Plants to Enhance Operational Excellence

    In a significant move towards enhancing Nigeria’s power infrastructure, Engr. Jennifer Adighije, the Managing Director and CEO of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC), has launched a nationwide tour of the organization’s power plants. The tour kicked off at the Calabar Power Plant and includes key executives such as Engr. Abdullahi Kassim (FNSE, FNIPE), Executive Director of Generation, and Bello Babayo Bello, Executive Director of Networks.

    This initiative underscores NDPHC’s commitment to operational excellence and its mission to provide reliable power across the nation. During the tour, the leadership team will conduct thorough assessments of plant operations, engage directly with staff, and develop strategies for future improvements aimed at boosting efficiency and service delivery.

    “Our goal is to ensure that we are not only meeting current demands but are also strategically positioned for future growth,” said Engr. Adighije. “Engaging with our dedicated staff and understanding the on-ground challenges is crucial to our success in powering Nigeria.”
