NDDC Contractors passes votes of confidence on Ogbuku led team

    Published on

The president of Contractors Association of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Mr Tonye has slammed members of the National Working Committee, NWC of the All Progressives Congress, APC over their malicious falsehood that the Managing Director of NNDC, Dr Samuel Ogbuku is not in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Recall that members of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress recently accused Dr Ogbuku of deliberately sabotaging the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration.

But Mr. Tonye who spoke on phone from South Africa, wondered why such mischievous proclamation should emanate from APC’s NWC against Dr Ogbuku whom he said is the best thing that has happened to the Niger Delta people.

He posited that the people of Niger Delta Region are happy with Dr Ogbuku for tacitly following the footsteps of his predecessor, Engineer Samuel Adjobe, by supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr President.

Mr. Tonye said those behind the mendacious publications for egoistic interest have failed as their agenda none other than to prolong the enslavement of the Niger Delta people.

The president of the Contractors Association of NNDC who thanked President Tinubu for appointing Dr Ogbuku said, “I want to assure Mr President that the MD, Samuel Ogbuku is the best thing he has done for the Niger Delta Region and we are proud of him.”
