    Leadership delegation, including Senate President Godswill Akpabio and governors, visit Tinubu, reaffirming their support for the Hope Agenda.

    President Bola Tinubu received a delegation of senators, governors, and industry leaders who assured him of their support for his Renewed Hope agenda. The agenda encompasses various aspects of national life, including the economy, health, education, youth empowerment, and international relations.

    Senate President Godswill Akpabio expressed confidence in Tinubu’s decisions and policies, stating that the National Assembly would provide full legislative support for initiatives aimed at improving the standard of living for Nigerians.

    Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo highlighted the positive impact of the president’s decisions, such as subsidy removal and the reversal of the multiple exchange rate regime, on the economy. He urged Nigerians to have confidence in the new administration and work towards peace and stability.

    Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State commended Tinubu’s previous achievements as governor of Lagos and expressed confidence that his people-oriented policies would be replicated at the federal level.

    The visit included prominent figures such as Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, Secretary to the Federal Government George Akume, NNPCL Group CEO Mele Kyari, and former governors Abdullahi Ganduje and Abubakar Bagudu.

    The meeting emphasized the commitment of the National Assembly and state governments to collaborate with Tinubu’s administration in achieving a better and more prosperous Nigeria.
