Kaduna state government has charged civil servants in its payroll to adhere strictly to rules and regulations governing the service.
The State Secretary Productivity Committee Mr Gideon Malgwi gave the charge at a two day workshop on Enhancing Organizational Performance through the Application of Productivity Tools and Techniques.
He identified strict adherence to laid down rules as integral part of success in work place.
Mr Malgwi noted that application of appropriate management tools in work place also lead to success, and urged the civil servants to abide by the standing rules.
In a remark Mrs Christiana J. Bawa of the state Productivity Committee said the workshop is targeted at building the capacity of civil servants at work place for positive results.
She enjoined the participants to be attentive and make judicious use of the training at the end of the exercise.
