A Bishop Elect, Mrs Mercy Etchie Opoga of Dominion Ministry A.k.a Untouchable, Obiaruku in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State has been consecrated and enthroned as a Bishop thus listing her into the College of Bishops.
The consecration/enthronement service took place at the Mountain of Prayer and Prophetic Ministry, Behind Old Police Station, Mosogar .
In his brief exhortation, the Archbishop Dr. Edjeh Samson Enameguono said that the demand of the office.was marked by quite determination and a life devoted to service of God.
Enameguono said that the Bishop Elect was qualified to belong to the College of Bishops, adding that she had steadily built the ministry on compassion, discipline and having the belief that true leadership in vineyard is rooted in humility.
According the Archbishop, who declared Opoga fit to be addressed as a Bishop said, ” as you step into this new office , know that to whom much is given, much is expected, today your influence extends beyond administration, aside a shepherd, you are now a mentor to upcoming Clergy and a voice of wisdom in Church governance.
The newly consecrated Bishop in a chat with journalists said that she was happy and humbled, promising unwavering commitment to the service of God as a Bishop.
Highpoint of the ceremony was consecration/enthronement of Bishop (Mrs.) Mercy Etchie Opoga by Archbishop Dr Edjeh Samson Enameguono and Bishop Dr. Onovwiona Emmanuel, the founder of Mountain of Prayer and Prophetic Ministry, Mosogar.
