Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP Oluseye Odunmbaku, who was serving in the Bayelsa State Police Command, has tragically passed away.

Reports indicate that ACP Odunmbaku peacefully passed away while in his sleep at his residence within an estate in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Until his untimely demise, ACP Odunmbaku held the position of overseeing the Department of Operations at the Bayelsa State Police Command.

The Command’s spokesperson, Chief Superintendent of Police Asinim Butswat, has officially confirmed this sad development.

In a concise statement issued on Tuesday, Butswat expressed, “The State Police Command regrets to announce the demise of ACP Oluseye Odunmbaku, who, until his passing, served as the Assistant Commissioner of Police in the Department of Operations.”
