    Bello expresses satisfaction about voters turnout peaceful conduct

    Kogi-state Governor Alhaji Yahaya Bello has expressed satisfaction about the level of turnout at various polling units across the state.

    The Governor also gave tumb up to the Independent National Electoral Commision,INEC for peaceful conduct of the exercise.

    Bello was speaking on Saturday shortly after casting his vote at polling units 11 in his Agaza country home in Okene at exactly 10.10 am

    ” I want to express my sincere appreciation to the people of this state for conducting themselves peacefully so far and for turning out in large numbers with any incident,it shows that our democracy is growing”.

    According to him,”I have been receiving favourable reports across the length and breadth of the state since the exercise started”.
