The party said the council comprises serving and former governors, principal officers of the National Assembly, and other senior party leaders.
It has been mandated to coordinate and drive the APC’s campaign activities ahead of the Ekiti governorship election
To ensure effective planning and execution, the party disclosed that several subcommittees have been established.
They include committees on Election Planning and Management; Finance and Resource Mobilisation; Grassroots Engagement and Mobilisation; Logistics and Campaign Management; Protocol; Media and Publicity; Security; Women’s Mobilisation; Youth Mobilisation; and Secretariat Function.
