    Group adopts Ikpeazu, Nwanganga

    The ambitions of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu and Hon. Chinwe Nwanganga for Abia South Senatorial seat and Obingwa, Ugwunagbo and Osisioma Ngwa Federal Constituency have received further boost.

    Abia Progressives Initiative has lent its support to the ambitions of Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu and Hon. Chinwe Nwanganga.

    In a statement by Comrade Chidi Onyeije,Hon. Ugochukwu Sunday, Mrs. Ularianma Patience Okorie, State Coordinator, Obingwa LG, and Aba North Coordinators respectively.

    The group said that its decision was informed by the track records of the contestants who have left strong legacies in their previous endeavours.

    The statement reads:” After thorough scrutiny of the candidates, we were left with no other option than to adopt them as our sole candidates for the positions, considering their track records”.

    The group further appealed to the electorate to lend their supports to these candidates.
