Dayo Amusa forgives content creator who accused her of being HIV positive

Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has finally confronted the man who falsely accused her of being HIV positive. In a video shared on social media, Dayo addressed the situation, revealing that she had tracked down the content creator who spread the damaging claim about her health status.

The video showed Dayo speaking candidly about the ordeal. “I am making this video regarding the peddling issue about myself and a content creator who defamed my character and put out wrong information about my HIV status, which has gone viral and has had people have different opinions about me,” she began.

According to the actress, the incident caused her emotional distress, leading her to vow that the individual behind the defamatory content would be a scapegoat. “I did promise to make him a scapegoat, which I did,” she admitted. However, the story took an unexpected turn when Dayo met the young man in person. She revealed that he was just 27 years old and had recently lost his mother. The actress also mentioned that she met with his relatives, including his uncle, who is a lawyer.

Sharing the video online, the actress wrote: “CASE CLOSED “To err is human, to forgive is divine.” Making mistakes is a natural and inherent part of being human, they say. LET’S BE GUIDED.”
