Digitisation at FHC Lagos begins June 23 – CJ

    Published on

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Terhemba Tsoho, has reaffirmed that the digital filing system for the Lagos Division will commence on 23 June 2025 as scheduled.

A statement by Chief Registrar Sulaiman Amida Hassan clarified that the digitalisation will proceed under a hybrid model, operating alongside the manual system to ensure smooth transition.

The court encouraged legal practitioners to activate their Legal Mail accounts via https://nigerianbar.ng, which remain mandatory for e-filing. A revised timeline for full digitisation will be announced later.
