    President Tinubu departs for Paris for two-week visit

    Today, Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will leave the nation for a brief working visit to Paris, France.

    This was said in a statement released in Abuja on Wednesday by Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s spokeswoman.

    The statement claims that Tinubu will evaluate important milestones and the mid-term performance of his administration during the visit.

    According to Onanuga, the president will also utilize the retreat to assess the status of current changes and prepare strategically in front of the second anniversary of his administration.

    “In the upcoming year, plans to accelerate national development priorities and deepen ongoing reforms will be informed by this period of reflection.”

    “President Tinubu will continue to supervise governance operations and be totally involved with his staff while he is overseas.

    “He’ll be going back to Nigeria in roughly two weeks,” the statement said.
