Years after fallout, Wizkid, Reekado Banks make amends

    Published on

A few years after their disagreement, Wizkid, a well-known Nigerian singer, has made amends with his colleague Reekado Banks.

For the first time since 2020, the two singers were seen together, seemingly putting their disagreements aside.

Remember how the two parted ways in 2020 after Wizkid called Reekado a “clout animal” on social media?

In the midst of the EndSARS protests, Wizkid made the comments following Reekado Banks’ announcement of the release of his track “Omo Ologo,” which featured Wizkid.

Wizkid commented on Reekado Bank’s post, saying, “Get rid of this guy. It’s unbelievable that you’re even doing this at this particular moment. An old tune! #endsars idiot!

When Wizkid visited the recently launched lounge of Reekado Banks in Lagos on Tuesday, they were reunited.

The two were spotted dining together at a Lagos eatery with rapper Shallipopi in a social media video that went viral.
