Airtel Subscribers Facing Difficulty Accessing JAMB Results

A significant number of Airtel subscribers across Nigeria are encountering issues accessing their JAMB results due to poor network service from the telecommunications provider. Despite numerous attempts, subscribers have been unable to check their results, leading to frustration and financial losses.

In response to inquiries from concerned individuals, Airtel Nigeria’s helpline has acknowledged the problem and assured that it is under investigation. However, many subscribers have already spent considerable amounts, often over N1000, attempting to check their results without success.

There is a growing call for Airtel to issue a public statement addressing the network challenge, informing subscribers about the issue, and advising them against further attempts to check their results until the problem is resolved. Moreover, subscribers are urging Airtel to refrain from charging for services it is currently unable to provide, as this could be considered fraudulent.

Additionally, JAMB should ensure that its portal remains available for result checking, as it previously indicated in a press release to journalists. By providing alternative means of accessing results, JAMB can alleviate the burden on Airtel’s network and mitigate the impact of the current issue on students awaiting their results.
