    Kogi police command deploys tactical team to investigate Ful students robberies

    The Kogi state police command has deployed tactical team to investigate the robbery incidents that took place in Felele community where off campus students of the Federal University, Lokoja resides.

    A group of hoodlums have invaded Felele community on Friday night, attacked some students living in the area and carted away several valuables belonging to the off campus students.

    The command’s Commissioner of Police CP Bethrand C. Onuoha, psc in a statement on Tuesday also assured the Community as well as the Students of the Federal University Lokoja of their safety.

    “The Tactical Team is charged with the responsibility of intelligence gathering and visibility Policing to reassures the Community of their safety”.

    The statement signed by the command public relations officer, SP William Aya said that the Commissioner urged the people of Felele to cooperate with the Police and other Security Agencies and volunteer credible information on the activities of criminal elements within Felele axis.

    The Commissioner of Police assures of the Command’s unwavering commitment in ensuring adequate Security of lives and property.
