Ijaw women under the auspices of Ijaw Women Connect (IWC), Worldwide has commended President Tinubu for appointing Dr Dennis Otuaro as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Amnesty (PAP).
In a congratulatory letter to Otuaro, signed by Mrs. Rosemary John-Oduone, Founder, IWC-Worldwide, the women noted that Otuaro was a competent and experienced administrator.
The urged the newly appointed PAP Administrator to leverage on his wealth of experience in the amnesty scheme to drive the programme.

“We are confident that being a seasoned administrator and a professional of repute, you shall leverage on your vast experiences in the discharge of these onerous responsibilities.
