During the Christmas celebration, the ex-Minister of Transportation acknowledged the considerable challenges facing Nigeria, emphasizing the enormity of the country’s difficulties. Despite the prevailing hardships, he provided reassurance that assistance will eventually reach Nigerians.

Expressing optimism, he stated, “Help will inevitably come through belief and perseverance. Christmas arrives at a critical juncture in our shared history, marked by substantial challenges such as escalating poverty and despair. We are undeniably in a difficult situation.”

Nevertheless, he highlighted the spirit of Christmas as a beacon of hope, affirming that though tears may persist through the night, joy will inevitably emerge with the dawn.

In a related development, Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a notable figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC), addressed the ongoing debate over the party’s leadership in Rivers State. Responding to inquiries about the current leader between former Transport Minister Rotimi Amaechi and the incumbent FCT Minister and immediate past governor, Nyesom Wike, Eze clarified that despite recent political developments and loyalty pledges to Wike, the Minister is not an APC member.

Eze asserted that Amaechi remains a dedicated APC member and the unquestionable leader of the party in the South-South region.
