Renowned Nigerian singer, Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, popularly known as Iyanya, has opened up about the challenges faced by most reality TV show winners in their music careers.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, Iyanya expressed his perspective on why many reality TV stars fail to sustain their success after winning a music competition.

According to the talented ‘Kukere’ crooner, the lack of intention to seek fame is a common factor among these winners. He believes that many individuals participate in these reality shows on a whim, not initially aspiring for stardom but end up claiming victory.

Iyanya further elaborated that those who manage to excel after their triumph are individuals who have earnestly prayed for such an opportunity and were determined to make the most of it.

“It’s evident that most people who win these reality shows don’t have any plans of being famous or anything. It just happened to them. They might possess a pleasant singing voice, decide to give it a shot, and eventually end up winning,” Iyanya remarked.

In contrast, he emphasized that those who go the extra mile and achieve lasting success are those who genuinely sought the platform, yearned for it, and made a firm commitment to capitalize on the opportunity.

The 66-year-old American tactician about the team’s readiness for the tournament, Waldrum said, “The team has been training well. All focus has been on Canada.

“I think the expectation is to get out of the group, that hasn’t changed. One thing I know is that the players have given us everything in the past few days and we will continue to do that until Friday. We will be proud and make you all proud as well.
