    Tinubu prolongs the term of Immigration Chief Nandap until 2026

    “President Tinubu commended the Comptroller-General for her exemplary leadership and urged her to continue dedicating herself to the Service’s strategic priorities, which align with his administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda,” the statement read.

    Nandap joined the NIS on October 9, 1989 and was appointed as Comptroller-General on March 1, 2024, with an initial tenure set to end on August 31, 2025.

    In a statement, President Tinubu praised the Comptroller-General for her excellent leadership and encouraged her to keep committing to the Service’s strategic aims, which are in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of his administration.

    Nandap began working at the NIS on October 9, 1989, and on March 1, 2024, he was named Comptroller-General. His original term will expire on August 31, 2025.
