Soludo ready to welcome you to APGA, Adedoyin tells Adeleke

    Published on

The Caretaker Chairman of the Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Comrade Wole Adedoyin, has revealed that the re-elected Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, is prepared to welcome Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke into APGA if he chooses to join the party.

Adedoyin, in a statement on Friday, described the development as a positive step toward strengthening progressive governance across the South-East and South-West.

He said Soludo — fresh off a historic re-election — has long championed broad alliances centred on people-oriented leadership. According to him, Governor Adeleke’s populist appeal and grassroots connection align closely with APGA’s philosophy of service, equity and inclusive development.

Adedoyin added that Adeleke’s potential entry into APGA reflects growing admiration for Soludo’s reforms in Anambra and the party’s development-first ideology.

He noted that APGA under National Chairman Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa is pursuing a strategic expansion to strengthen its national presence, adding that high-profile entrants would boost the party’s consolidation efforts ahead of future elections.

Describing Adeleke as a pro-people leader with strong records in infrastructure and youth empowerment, Adedoyin said the Osun chapter stands ready to facilitate a smooth transition should the governor decide to join.

He added that APGA’s emphasis on compassion, transparency, digital governance and poverty alleviation continues to resonate across Nigeria, drawing increased interest from political leaders nationwide.
