    Production at Port Harcourt Refinery begins

    The Port Harcourt RefineryPort Harcourt Refinery, owned by Nigeria, has started to process crude oil. The spokesperson of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Olufemi Soneye, disclosed this on Tuesday.

    According to him, the refinery has kicked off with 60 percent capacity. He noted that the Refinery is processing 60,000 barrels per day of crude.

    The Port Harcourt refinery has a combined 250 barrels per day capacity. This happens after multiple failed commencement deadlines.
