The Managing Director of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Oluwaseun Faleye, has underscored the organization’s dedication to improving service delivery as a key objective of its new leadership. This commitment was reiterated during a meeting with the National Coordinator of the Service Compact With All Nigerians (SERVICOM), Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, who led an advocacy visit to NSITF headquarters in Abuja.

Faleye stated that reforms had already been initiated to enhance transparency and efficiency within the Fund, aiming to provide beneficiaries of the Employees Compensation Scheme with top-notch service. He emphasized the importance of SERVICOM as a strategic partner in achieving these goals.

Faleye noted, “Quality service delivery is at the core of what we intend to achieve in NSITF,” adding that the organization would adopt an updated Service Charter that will be continually reviewed to meet evolving needs. He also highlighted the need for NSITF officers to possess a robust understanding of the Fund’s processes to drive collaboration and efficient service delivery.

Mrs. Akajemeli, in her remarks, stressed the significance of quality service in public institutions, particularly agencies like NSITF that manage the welfare of Nigerian workers. She called for a close partnership between NSITF and SERVICOM to ensure services align with global best practices and meet stakeholder expectations. Akajemeli praised NSITF for its improvements in service delivery and expressed optimism that the new management would build on these gains.

The meeting concluded with the Executive Director of Finance, Adegoke Adedeji, reaffirming NSITF’s commitment to improved service, thanking Akajemeli for her ongoing efforts in supporting SERVICOM’s mission.

This collaboration marks a renewed effort to optimize NSITF’s operations and boost customer satisfaction.
