In the Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna, troops conducted intelligence-based offensive operations at a number of sites, including Ruwan Sanye, Randa, Rafin Gora, Libere Gari, and Libere Makaranta. Troops also found an illicit clinic where the bandits provided medical care to their wounded comrades.

“The area has been cleared, and additional operations are being carried out to apprehend the remaining bandits who are escaping.”

The mission of 3 Division/Operation SAFE HAVEN is still to protect people and property in the Joint Operations Area.

“In order to rid the area of criminal elements, the public is urged to continue supporting security agencies with timely intelligence.”

According to the Nigerian Army, a number of bandits have been killed by its soldiers from 3 Division/Operation Safe Haven in Southern Kaduna, Kaduna State.

The military said in a tweet on its official X Twitter on Thursday that 25 kidnap victims were also rescued as a result of the operation on Wednesday.

The article claims that during the operation, a number of hard narcotics were found, including energy drinks, tramadol, and garment materials.

In order to guarantee a safe harvest season and tranquil Yuletide festivities in the Joint Operations Area, the operation—code-named Operation Golden Peace—was carried out.
