    N50bn Dangote Sugar commercial paper offering ends today

    The Series 13 & 14 Commercial Paper (CP), offer, worth N50billion of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, which is currently ongoing, closes today, Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

    The Series 13 & 14 CP is under Dangote Sugar Refinery N300 billion Commercial Paper Issuance Programme.

    A subsidiary of Dangote Industries Limited, Dangote Sugar Refinery refines, distributes, and supplies granulated sugar to wholesalers and top players in the skin care, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

    The company offered series 10-12 Commercial Paper of up to N100 billion in June 2025. In February, Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, raised up to N50 billion by offering Series 8 and 9 CPs Commercial Paper under its N150 Billion Commercial Paper Issuance Programme.

    Boasting a combined installed refining capacity of 1.49 MMT per annum, the business is the largest sugar refinery in sub-saharan Africa.

    In the medium term, the Company is targeting an additional 1.5MMT of refined sugar from locally grown sugarcane and is on track to becoming a leading global integrated sugar producer with its backward integration plan.
