    MD/CEO NELFUND, Akintunde Sawyerr, Pays Courtesy Visit to Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency

    The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), Mr. Akintunde Sawyerr, paid a courtesy visit to the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency (NSHCDA) as part of efforts to strengthen institutional collaboration and expand access to education financing for students in Nasarawa State.

    The MD/CEO NELFUND, who was accompanied by his entourage, commended the Director General/Focal Person (DG/FP) NSHCDA, Habiba Balarabe Suleiman, for her exemplary leadership, professionalism, and efficiency in providing strategic support to NELFUND.

    He specifically extolled her proactive coordination and commitment, which have been critical in ensuring that eligible students from Nasarawa State are adequately captured and positioned to benefit from the NELFUND intervention.

    The NELFUND MD/CEO further applauded the Agency for its pivotal role in facilitating the securing of both temporary and permanent sites for the NELFUND North Central Zonal Office, describing the effort as a strong demonstration of Nasarawa State’s readiness to support federal initiatives targeted at strengthening the education sector.

    According to Mr. Sawyerr, the Nasarawa State Human Capital Development Agency has distinguished itself as a dependable and results-driven partner, noting that the level of institutional support and inter-agency collaboration provided by the Agency reflects best practices in human capital governance.

    In her remarks, The DG/FP, NSHCDA reaffirmed the Agency’s commitment to advancing human capital development through strategic partnerships, emphasizing that investment in education remains a cornerstone for sustainable growth and inclusive development in Nasarawa State.

    The visit underscored a shared commitment to deepening collaboration aimed at strengthening educational access and outcomes as a core component of Nasarawa State’s human capital development agenda.
